Walgreens Pharmacy 1620 First Street, Livermore, CA 94550

"My urgent care doctor sent my prescription here, and it was ready almost immediately (I called ahead right after the doctor sent it). I came to pick it up, and the store was clean, seemingly well-stocked, and fairly empty for a Friday evening. I walked up to the pharmacy counter, and immediately one of the pharmacy Techs yells out that she'll be right with me. Within 2 minutes, she was helping me, asking me if I wanted to update my insurance information, which I am SO glad she asked. I assumed the UC doctor would send it over. Walgreens was going to charge me $41 for the prescription, but the Tech thought that was a little high, so after putting my new insurance info in, it was only $12. Bless her for asking the right questions and not assuming I know anything (I almost never go to the doctor/get medication). The whole process was smooth, and the Tech was super friendly. Honestly, I'm not sure why this place is so poorly rated. My experience was great."

"Terrible experience here. Shady business. We ordered on its official website a test appointment for 10:45 am, they called us at 10:15 am. and we were on the way already and got stuck in the traffic jams and so we missed the call. After one hour drive and we finally arrived, they told us they did not provide that test service anymore and asked us to go to another facility, which was not even affiliated to Walgreens and which accepted cash only. They started service at 9 am, why not called us earlier to let us know it’s not available? And why the Walgreens website has not updated that information in time? The service is still shown available at this site now. Have they tried to report to the back desk yet?"

"I been waiting for more than 15 minutes at the window, supposed to be open, according the phone record. Not one answer the phone and not one shows up. We are more than 5 in line, is just terrible service here always."

"I was a Luckys customer. I understand they must be overwhelmed, but they are rude, and do not like helping at all. They don't listen and make you feel like you caused the problems. It took weeks to get an important prescription. I can not wait to leave there."

"A prescription called in for my 89 year old mother, from the doctor on Friday morning, no call to let let her know it's ready. On Wednesday we go to pick it up, thinking it's ready by now. Get there and wait about 10-15 minutes. Then asked to have a seat. Then after another 10 minutes, they see my mom get back in line. They then tell her that they need to order the medicine. So now she is without her medicine. They need to close this pharmacy. It is Horrible!"
