"Long lines. Pharmacists giggling in the background. Took me 40 minutes to just submit my prescription and an hour for wait for pick up. There were 5 people working and only one person was helping with prescriptions. Worst experience ever."

"when there are 8 people in line for the Pharmacy, and only 1 technician at the counter, I really don’t care if the guy behind the glass ignoring us is the Pharmacist or not, he should stop what he’s doing and help customers. Edit (Jan 2024). I have since heard they are always understaffed so I don’t want to blame the workers. I feel like they should proactively advertise the slow times to encourage those with flexible schedules to consider alternate parts of the day."

"Pharmacists are rude and are not helpful at all ,extremely disrespectful. I called for my prescription to see if it was ready and they told me it would be ready in a few hours and they would send me a text and I never got sent anything. The next day I called and was told it would be ready at 5pm I get there at around 5/5:30 and they tell me there’s no records of ANYTHING and they don’t have it. I’ve been getting my prescriptions here once every month for 7 months in a row now and there’s NOTHING ? I’m done with Walgreens and I know I’m not the only one I do not recommend getting a prescription that is mandatory and life threatening without it, do not send it to this pharmacy it’s worth the drive to somewhere else"

"Was there on a Saturday. Hours posted online showed open after break at 2:00 PM. I asked an employee at 2:15 if they were reopening and he could not tell me if they were coming back or not!"

"My medication that I have to have is never ready!! They say it's been ordered because it's out of stock, I call to see if it's available 3 days later and am told it's not been ordered. This is constant. I can't run out of medicine and have literally taken my last dose waiting for the refill. This constant. Stressful."
