Plaza Point is a modern three-story mixed-use development located at 977 8th Street in Arcata, California. Plaza Point is the result of a collaborative effort between Danco Communities, Community Revitalization & Development Corporation, Danco Builders Northwest, USDA Rural Development, the HOME Investment Partnership Program, the City of Arcata, Umpqua Bank, Boston Financial Investment Management, and the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee.
