"Absolutely awful experience. The fire alarms going off in the middle of the night 8 times in 14 months where you have to evacuate the building because some homeless person was smoking in the hallway. It's a complete echo chamber, all hardwood floors and no insulation. unless you live on the 4th floor you will hear everything. NO INSULATION IN THE BUILDING. Danco doesn't use insulation because they want to save money. you can hear your neighbors having sex, you can hear their tvs, radios even casual conversation. It was the worst place I have ever lived in. As soon as another apartment complex opened up I took it and left sorrel place. Unless you are desperate avoid sorrel place. Danco may have saved over 75,000 dollars choosing not to insulate the building it has made living there a complete hell. 90% of current residents hate living there."
