"Tiny studio apartment with zero to no cross ventilation. I had to keep the back door open when I would have any type of heat running. Terrible design. The property manager is pushing 90 years old and has no idea how to fix anything besides his nightly medication. No reliable parking. Smokers everywhere. You live next to 8 people in one tiny building. I would give this a negative 1 star if I could. In my humble opinion, this may be the worst apartment complex in all of Humboldt County. It shouldn't be worth more than 300$ a month to rent. I left within the first week after I moved in because I actually have standards. DO NOT RENT HERE."

"It's supposed to be a nonsmoking apartment but multiple neighbors smoke all the time everywhere and it's impossible to open the door more than a few minutes at a time without getting big puffs of smoke inside unit. Foul odors get in through vents, seal gaps, and paper thin walls. No cross ventilation is possible because my unit has just one window/door. If you're even moderately clean and dislike costant/persistent smoke, stay away from these apartments."

"wish I could rate it less then this. I live here now and can never EVER find a parking spot. they built an apartment complex with not enough spaces for everyone’s car. i’m forced to park in the park next to the complex which isn’t fun nice or cool when it’s dark/raining. I feel uncomfortable leaving my car that far away and also uncomfortable walking alone at night given how many homeless people are constantly in that parking lot in the park. the actual apartment i’m living in is fine. but the deal with parking is stressful/unorganized."
