"I wouldn't recommend this place to any seeking real mental health services. To me it was a joke, they rush you back to work even though you are not mentally ready. I spoke with them about getting medication for an urgent matter, spoke with a manager a week ago and still have not gotten any follow up about the issue. I feel like unless you are going to commit suicide it is the only way they will really intervene. I am not suicidal so it seems to not really be a priority. I am a nurse and this is not a good experience all around I feel like I'm just a guinea pig trying different meds until one happens to work. This is not okay and I will continue to advocate so this is not the case for others"

"I've been seeing Renata Costa here for 4 months now, and have had a beyond exceptional experience! She has been super accommodating with my schedule, and has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and making progress in the right direction. She is very knowledgeable and provides thorough explanation of treatments and what to expect from them. She has also gone out of her way to get me into a promising treatment that I was wanting to try but was having issues make work. I could go on and on, but I will just say that Renata has been very caring and professional in providing help for my conditions and would recommend her to anyone seeking help. "The 2 issues that are keeping me from giving this group 5 stars is their intake process and answering service. Their intake process was a bit confusing, complicated, and lengthy. I felt like I had to jump through a lot of hoops (different online forms on different systems) then wait a long time to finally get an appointment and get needed treatment for my son's ADHD. First I filled a bunch of online forms. Then I had a lengthy appointment with someone to basically repeat what I put on the forms. Then FINALLY once I passed their screening tests, I got an appointment for a real true psychiatrist to finally get treatment for my son. What happened to the old days where you fill out forms right before the psych appointment? Not all these extra barriers and steps? Then their answering service is horrible. They always sound mean and grumpy like they are bothered. However, once I got in, we were lucky to get assigned our best psychiatrist practitioner TO DATE Renata Costa. She changed my son's medication and it changed his life for the better almost immediately. He's so much more focused in school and is getting better grades. His self-esteem is improving because he's not getting into trouble as much since he's able to control his impulses better. AND his appetite and sleep patterns are finally normal. He had the opposite affect on the previous meds. THANK YOU Renata for being successful with our son!"
