"The ordering process was not easy. Staff had difficulty processing prescriptions through insurance. There wasn’t good communication amongst departments. I requested a pharmacist consultation via app and no one called me. The worst part about my experience with Alto was prescription delivery. The driver was obnoxious and rude. He acted as if I inconvenienced him as he handed me my order, mumbling profanities under his breath. I will never utilize Alto Pharmacy services again. As a pharmacist, I do not recommend Alto Pharmacy."

"Alto is the WORST! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy let alone a good friend. Just one example: they said they had Mr Rx and would deliver the following day. The next day they said they were out of stock on my Rx, but charged me regardless. Then 2 dats later they finally got around to delivery of the Rx"

"Our daughter's PCP recommended this app-based delivery only pharmacy and our daughter loves Alto! When her doctors submit rx'ed meds to Alto, Alto immediately sends a notification for you to add the meds to your cart then schedule a delivery date and time, so easy. They've not missed the delivery windows as of yet though yes the 4 hr windows are tediously constricting. The caramel included with each delivery are so good too! And the gentlemen who have delivered the meds were all very courteous and efficient. Thank you."

"I love Alto Pharmacy delivery service. Drivers are always timely and professional, medications are sealed and I am always required to sign for all medications making me feel that delivery is extra secure. Alto also usually has medications that other pharmacies are out of stock on. Highly recommend Alto Pharmacy!"

"Easy for anyone comfortable using an app or website and I’ve found that they always have my prescriptions in stock and available within 24 hours of my request. I am not someone who has an out of the ordinary or specialized pharmaceutical need so I’m not sure if this service is for everyone. I use this service for routine medicine refills and am glad to skip the errand of having to go to pick up monthly medication refills. Now it is automatically scheduled and I don’t think about it unless I’m contacted for some reason. Both the ALTO app and website have an option to add on every day/OTC meds and other items typically available at a pharmacy to your order if you need and that is very convenient! I also receive a caramel in my package and that is a sweet gesture that I appreciate. I get updates about delivery via text so I know when to expect the delivery and I have it pre-arranged to be dropped in a safe spot so I don’t necessarily need to be present. Give them a try. Minus one star for two reasons: one) adding my kids to a family plan required having them make a phone call and a verbal exchange that was impractical and inconvenient but not impossible. 5 stars if that had been a smoother process and recommend setting that up prior to someone not feeling well. Two) best I can tell, it’s impossible to reach a person regarding order placement or insurance questions."
