"I liked their app based concept and initial conversation about how everything is covered mostly with your monthly fees. I wanted to try but as soon as I signed up I realized how difficult it is to get an appointment. Once you schedule there is no way you can cancel it or reschedule it. You can only chat with customer care with no phone number to connect and discuss your concerns. They charge you monthly but appointments for any lab works or in person are not available for months. When you discuss this with them via chat only the only response you get we are sorry you can get the lab work outside if you want. In that case why do we need their membership. Probably they are understaffed right now but I hope they are more clear about these details before you sign up."

"Gave them a try based on their ads. Their ads are outright lies. They do everything possible to keep you away from an in-person visit and towards telemedicine. Features are locked away. Everything in the app seems designed to inconvenience you. You cannot get a same day appointment or walk-in. Staff is friendly but untrained. The 'minimalist' setting means the greeter - with no ID or badging - I thought was a health food peddler who was squatting. Their app is awful. There is no number, its all text-chat through your phone - no option to chat from a computer with a keyboard. No option to manage your account or book appointments, it all must be done through the chat feature. Same with help requests. Except when you have your telemedicine appoint that can only be done on a computer (or your phone's browser in Desktop Mode) so computer integration is possible but they lock it away. Plus constant text messsage spam. I can see how this might be useful if you have a reoccuring prescription that needs filled on a regular basis, but its not worth the $150/mo when more practices are offering that as part of their services."

"Dr.Dan and Seraphim were fantastic! They spent the time needed to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening. Dr. Dan was thorough and offered insight on my health and what we should do going forward. I did have trouble with the virtual appointment but doing a live, in-person appointment was the best! I am totally satisfied with my subscription to Forward so far."

"[Parking info very bottom] Amazing 7+ star Primary Care State of the Art Office. Dr Mona Kennedy is very kind and helpful. The experience is futuristic with a seamless walk through from iPad login -> Body Scanner -> 1-on-1 Private Room. The front staff person was very friendly and helpful as well. This San Jose Location is just like the San Francisco forward location with a very well thought out design and futuristic feel. Overall, Primary Care that is fast and Professional High Quality from top notch doctors. Having all your medical data in your hand through the app makes you feel in control of your health especially monitoring your immune system vitamin D levels etc. This Forward location has free parking or even Valet Parking since it is located at Valley Fair Mall. I find the San Jose Office to be less hectic and free parking in the garages. Pro tip after appointments If you go to San Jose location walk to Santana Row and New Apple and Lucid Motor (has VR) stores also. (Located In front between the new Apple Store and Cheesecake Factory) [Park in the back with Free parking garages not sure if the front has parking probably not reserve for Valet parking] {Safest bet is to park in parking garages}"
