"Since the change in management, this pharmacy has become chaotic and ask for details about my health that are private -- that is between me and the prescribing doctor. Drugs used to treat progressive and incurable diseases where pain is a feature component, the pharmacist has demanded the doctor's plan to reduce my medications used to treat intractable, irreversible and a progressively worsening condition. Wild that a schedule to "wean me off of" these medications is a necessity to fill even one of these meds! The pharmacy goes through periods where all is chaotic -- RXs do not get ordered or filled on time, so they expire and I have to deal with additional wait times, too many or too few people. There have been years where I referred friends to this pharmacy and they would have earned five stars consistently-- maybe they can get their mojo back. I know there are worse places, just never thought I would see such a great place fall so fast and doesn't seem too worried about customer satisfaction."

"Was told that my prescription would be ready in 15 minutes, I came down an hour later. "Sorry, we don't have it". "Why tell me it'll be ready in 15 minutes if you don't have it?" Only reason I drove that way was because they said it would be ready. Now u get why this pharmacy doesn't have the best of reviews lol"

"The actual pharmacist is very nice. She always remembers what I need. But usually I have to deal with one of the staff. And all of them over the past few years have been very rude and unhelpful. They've misplaced my order several times, given away my prescription to another, won't help me, etc. So the only starts I'm giving are because of how awesome the actual pharmacist is. She's honestly the only reason I ever come back and have been coming back all these years. I wish they'd hire staff that cares."
