"Service is just utter dissapointment for something as simple as getting medications into your hands. Half the time there is some problem with their mobile app, either the order gets cancelled for no reason and I have to call to be told I never put in an order. I gave up on delivery because most of the time the app does not work for delivery. When I set up autodelivery, the subsequent order failed to be delivered. Then when I call, they keep saying I did not make the order even though I clearly see on my phone I made the order and that it was cancelled and I need to call them to get it resolved. Their app system is a complete joke, Going to look for another pharmacy."

"The people in the Pharmacy needs to orient or enroll to customer service classes so they know how to talk to customers patiently. It is apparent they hate their job especially the one on duty at 11:15am on the cashier today wearing blue scrubs. The one wearing a lab coat who seems to be a pharmacist was not nice either and you would expect them to be more diplomatic and talk professionally. Never returning to this pharmacy ever again."

"It’s the LYING. I stopped at the drive through and was told they were closing for lunch. Okay. I came back an hour later and was told the prescription was almost ready and to return in fifteen minutes. Okay. Came back and was told it wasn’t quite ready and to return in fifteen minutes. Okay. Came back again and was told there was no valid prescription in their system. Now it’s too late to contact the doctor. The pharmacist lied multiple times."

"Best pharmacy around. All the staff are very busy but take the time to help their clients and make sure we are safe and well answered. The pharmacy manager is outstanding. Every single employee has gone overboard and I will always appreciate that as a nervous customer."

"I walked out of this pharmacy very uncomfortable. The simple process of picking up the medicine was artificially delayed by them for more than 30 minutes. people who came to the pharmacy are all people with health problems who needed help, Why are some people working in the pharmacy so indifferent and mean?"
