"Sooooo bad"
"This was my worst experience at a pharmacy I have ever had. I arrived 15 minutes early to my vaccine appointment, and I finished filling out the paperwork by my appointment time. However, they left me waiting for my vaccine for an additional 45 minutes after my appointment time. When they finally came out to do my vaccine (after I complained it was 30 minutes past my appointment time), they apologized but had no excuse other than being short-staffed. That is absolutely a problem, but it is not an excuse to leave someone waiting for an entire hour for a vaccine when even the people who came to pick up prescriptions after I arrived only had to wait 15-20 minutes."
