"Slow slow slow. I had to change pharmacies to Rite Aid and CVS. I literally would wait in line 10 -15 minutes and never even see a clerk. Many of the customers don't know how to order or refill and take 5 minutes to understand that they need to call their doctor. Don't go to Walgreens."

"Absolutely editing my previous review. Obviously one bad experience can determine if a customer returns. Ultimately that was all it was for me 7 months ago when I gave my review of disappointment in Walgreens Castro Valley Ca location. It was one bad experience in 25 years. I had not been to Walgreens in CV in over 10 years & I could not get checked out when I was ready to go. I realized recently that none of the 3 employees from the ‘bad review’ night are there anymore. Walgreens CV is a very easy store to navigate. The aisles are great with the lower shelving units than other Walgreens locations. I like to scan across the aisles and see every aisle from where I am standing. Taller shelving units, in other locations, to me seem to be more time consuming. I have to walk out to the main aisle to see the items per aisle signs, or just to see other aisles. I like to see clearly which direction I need to navigate to in a store when I’m in a hurry and just getting basic items like paper towels, dish soap, trash bags & milk. There is never a line for very long either! Check out is fast."
