"Worst customer service. Ordered pictures for a same day service early in the morning, came by to pickup late in the day, just to be told they didn't have the material and they didn't know when they would get the materials for my pictures. They could have called or emailed me that they couldn't do it."

"They put banner on Drive through window. Lines are not managed properly. I had to wait 45 minutes in line twice to pick up a simple order my doctor submitted at 1:00 in noon. First time they said they didn’t have profile and should come back after 1 hour. I went there 3 hours after and still order is in progress and then i was offered to wait outside or come back next day. Imagine being in extreme pain and this level of unprofessionalism If i could give zero , I would give zero to them"

"My mom has been battling stage 4 ovarian and peritoneal cancer for over 15 months. She has been visiting this place for 10 years for her Thyroid meds etc. They used to be a great pharmacy. Now the pharmacist has been micromanaging, refusing doctor orders, giving false information and failing to provide medications even when they notify a patient the order is ready. My mom is in excruciating pain sitting 30+ minutes and waiting for prescriptions that she was notified were ready--prescriptions she is required to be present for pick up. She can barely walk, she can't stand or sit long, she can't drive. I wish you all would show some compassion and act like the people you work for are sick, because that is the profession you've entered. If you can't manage empathy, find a new profession. I am absolutely disgusted with your lack of humanity. I will visit again and document all the names of those who act this way. I truly hope I can find names to list that I can find something positive to comment here. Please fix your attitudes and I will change the review."

"Wow! We’re not even asking for over the top artificial kindness but the staff this morning was SUPER grumpy and showed POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know people can have a bad day, but wow such an unpleasant experience for not even having been that busy and being one of the first customers."
