"Customer service and reliability has gone downhill. I've used Wellness for a few years but they are no longer reliable in filling prescriptions. They'll tell you they will fill your prescriptions but then call you to tell you they need more time and promise it'll be ready the next day, only to get another call that they're still not ready - basically you will not get your prescriptions on time even when you're filling ahead of when you need it. Save yourself the stress over getting your medications on time by choosing a different pharmacy."

"New refill system sucks, didn't work and then after some time got signed up for auto refill without knowing. Asked for cancellation and refund but later again getting charged for the same."

"This pharmacy is amazing I have my prescriptions filled here for the first time and everyone went above and beyond to make sure that I have everything that I need, the owner even came in on his day off to give me my injection because I was over due for them.
