"LOVE this pharmacy. The staff is knowledgeable as well as courteous. Always willing to help resolve any problems. Plus the delivery service is excellent. I no longer need to stress about how to get my meds. And yes, the gentleman who delivers does not speak English. So what? He understands English quite well and is always willing to throw my meds over my fence if I’m not available. Plus he’s a nice guy, even if a little shy."

The have great customer service when there are issues, they are easy to get in touch with, they do delivery, and they even will make bubble packs of medications that organize pills into AM/afternoon/PM packages so it's easy for folks to stay on top of their medications. I would *highly* recommend them!"

"I appreciate the service Midtown Pharmacy provides. What has become a problem is that the delivery guys don't seem to speak English at all, show up without notice and demand cash. Most of that would not be an issue if I got called called in advance with notice of a dollar amount owed and/or the delivery guys carried change, which they never do. Another issue seems to be with how they bill me - I always have to ask for a detailed invoice (which I can then send to my insurer) when such a thing should be common practice."
