"Has everything I need; Arya was very nice and helpful!"
"Incredibly helpful pharmacy staff. Came in shortly before close and the pharmacist kept working another 35min after close for me, to get my prescription filled, even though there were issues with what the clinic transmitted on my prescription and I was a first time patient. He just kept at it and figured it all out, even though he could just have sent me away to come back tomorrow. Exceptional service, thank you!"
"Your pharmacy Tech, Linda, gave me outstanding help. the prescription came in as too expensive, and she took the trouble to check through my insurance policies and reduce the price considerably. she was patient intelligent, and diligent. \n she is a fine representative of your company."
"The pharmacy technician Linda was wonderful. All of the staff have been very professional and my husband goes to the pharmacy frequently. (One small thing, however the back of the computer monitor needs to cleaned. It is almost black from staff grabbing onto it. Looks bad.) Compared to Walgreens, trying to get through to the CVS pharmacy is very outdated. I called one Walgreen store last night and I was able to easily get in a queue for the pharmacy and was informed about how many people were in front of me. With CVS I'm offered too many choices because they aren't filtered correctly and never quite sure about the wait time.\n\nAlso, having the pharmacy closed for staff lunch everyday is just an inconvenience for most people, but for those who have just a short time away from work or those who are very weak and/or have an infectious disease which they can spread when they are in the line or those with sick young children, this can be a tremendous and even dangerous burden. We are still using CVS because the pharmacy staff is excellent, that is the only reason. We are now considering a change because of the lunch breaks."
"Came in for a prescription that was sent here. Waiting in line 20+ minutes. Told at counter that it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. Came back in 30 minutes. Waited 30 minutes again after reaching the counter for my prescription. CVS needs to hire & retain more staff. Not their fault they’re overworked, but unbelievable to wait an hour and 20 minutes for a prescription that was already sent in."
