"Had an appointment for a vaccine but also want to take Covid boaster together to save another trip. Called on the appointment day to check if booster is available but it turn out they don’t have it upon appointment. Disappointed for asking family to deliver vaccine card at last minute for something that is not available. They should make it clear or making notes if the patient had made call for confirmation."
