"Have been coming here for more than a decade. All of the doctors I've seen have been professional & knowledgeable. Have most recently seen Dr Leon who has a kind manner & does a thorough job. She explains concepts well & addresses concerns with patience & diligence. I will continue to visit this practice."
"My experience hasn't been great here. The front desk has generally been helpful and kind, but sometimes cold and even a little rude. They require an initial consultation, but the consultant didn't call, text, or email at the scheduled time. I eventually had to cancel my appointment, and they told me there's a 5% fee to refund a deposit. I don't remember seeing this when I paid for it. I'd recommend looking at the yelp reviews for the business to get a less biased perspective."
"I saw Mary Katz today and she was wonderful. She was very, very thorough, very friendly and very professional. I appreciated the time she spent explaining options regarding my skin and hair loss. I would definitely be happy to see her again. I was very impressed!!!"
"A very satisfying visit for my first radiation treatment. Joel (who prepped me for the procedure) was professional and friendly and was patient with my questions. Dr. Ting inspires confidences and explains what and why while he is doing a treatment. This is a great medical establishment and I would highly recommend Dr. Ting to anyone who would like a referral for dermatology needs."
"Very smooth, the front office staff is efficient and I was seen just a few minutes after my schedule appointment start time. I do like the self check-in kiosks of which there are several in the lobby. Dr. Tina arrived shortly after I was taken to an examination room, friendly and courteous, listened patiently as I described by recent for being in their clinic very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this office."
