"I highly recommend this place if the flimsy flappy orthotics your podiatrist keeps making for you are not providing the support you need for very flat feet (fallen arches). Bobby the orthotist is very talented. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is that twice now I have waited and waited for The call that my orthotics are in, only to Finally call them and find out that had already come in but no one called me."
"If I could give this company zero stars it wouldn’t be high enough. First of all the other reviewer is correct. These people do not answer their phone, and they do not return your phone call. They say there’s a 5 to 8 week turnaround for orthotics, which in and of itself seems like a long time. I waited 10 1/2 weeks with a fractured foot for them to complete orthotics. They then informed me that they hadn’t even started them, because they need information from my doctor and my health care insurance. They claimed they could not get my insurance company to call them back. I talk to my insurance company regularly and have no trouble getting a hold of them. They told me they had never received any call for authorization. I also facilitated getting documentation from my doctor to them and told them to call me if they had a problem. They never called me. I left over seven messages for them, and they never called me back. The doctor then called them and they swore to me they would rush them and have them for me in two weeks. I never heard from them again. They are the most unprofessional, unequipped, and unethical company I’ve ever dealt with. And that’s saying a lot because I am in the healthcare industry. I ended up ordering some from Amazon for $28 and they fixed my problem. Don’t even bother with this place."
