"I don’t understand how this agency has 5 stars but not with me. I purchased tickets from Armenia to La for my aunt to come stay with us and she was sent back home due to the demand for her to be vaccinated strictly by Moderna because she has been vaccinated by Sputnik which is a vaccine from Russia. I call the travel agency to see if I can get a refund but she left me with no option but to pay an additional 500. Before we came to an agreement for the additional 500 though she was blaming me which I did not allow but she continued blaming not sure what gives a person that’s supposed to serve you blame you. Then after that I was rushed to give her my debit numbers to charge me 500 . Later I get the receipt of the ticket and the additional charge said 374 but her charge was 500 and she ends up charging me 374 then 125 and 10 in different charges from different places. I called and said what are you doing to my account charging off different charges and she’s said all those charges are from the same company. First off I don’t see why it’s 500 when the ticket says 374 and definitely I know there was no verbal communication about her charging additional fees. On top of that she’s attempted 4 charges of 530 additionally but because i now turn off my card it’s been sending me declined messages. This travel agency is fraud and also forgot to mention at last, the lady left out the request that my aunt needs a wheel chair. I’m angry .. I don’t know what to do at this point but def due to her trying to cheat me and now constantly trying to commit fraud trying to take money from my account my only thought here is either call the police or take her to court. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY and MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY DO NOT HELP WHEN NEEDED. HORRIBLE SERVICE."
