"Very slow, low stock especially for basic necessities. Called ahead to confirm the estimated time my Rx would be ready - I was told it would be 3 hours, over the phone. I came the next afternoon - 26h after I was told it would be ready for pickup - and it still wasn't filled, I'm sitting here waiting 20 minutes for something that should have been ready yesterday - and I wasn't advised yesterday that my Rx would need to be purchased as brand rather than generic as prescribed. I was overcharged by 15$ upon review of my benefits coverage. Its also filthy in here, shelves messy. There's a random squash on the cough drop shelf. Go literally anywhere else."

"These guys should really stick to their hours as posted. If it says you’re taking a lunch break from 12:30 to 1pm, be ready to open back up by 1pm. It’s not professional for a staff member to casually wave “5 more minutes” at the people lined up outside in the rain at 1:05."

"Mainly a pharmacy not a convenience store. The people working there are always helpful and efficient. A lot of these reviews are poor because they’re expecting Michelin start service from pharmacists just trying to do their actual job not focus on managing a store front."

"I don't understand the low ratings for this Walgreens. My experiences have always been positive. The staff is generally polite and efficient. I got the flu vaccine there today and the provider was so nice and I experienced zero pain. I could've gone to One Medical, but Walgreens actually makes get a vaccine even easier. Thanks to the pharmacy staff, and particularly the provider who administered the flu shot."

"Incredibly rude. Inconsistently help with stock checks on the phone and will probably hang up when putting you on hold. If you call back will be told to “not freak out” when they put you on hold cause it might be silent. All in all really hostile to folks just trying to get their prescriptions refilled. I understand that it’s a busy place and they must interact with lots of people but I cannot recommend this pharmacy unless you absolutely have to use it."
