"Avoid this location at all costs. This pharmacy is severely understaffed, and the people who do work here are incompetent. This is not meant to be an insult; the staff here are actually incapable of filling prescriptions."

"PLEASE hire more people. The pharmacy wait times are insane at all hours and the number of times I’ve been disconnected on the phone after being on hold for 30-45 minutes is unacceptable. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and I don’t know what’s happened in the past year but it’s really gone downhill."

"I’ve had nothing but unfortunate experiences at this Walgreens pharmacy. Since my prescriptions were transferred from the now closed Walgreens on Clement, this store has mismanage my prescriptions I depend on for life. Mismanaged to the extent that it is caused me physical harm. I went five times to pick up my prescription that each time had an issue that was never resolved. When I contacted them to express my concern twice neither of the the pharmacist listened nor acknowledged what occurred. Most recently during a call the pharmacist basically talked over me about things that had nothing to do with a conversation with me. He asked questions but refused to stop talking and basically went through the automation of my prescriptions which I never asked for as I desperately asked him to stop talking and let me respond. He was - in his childish attempt to avoid hearing to then solve my complaint - basically ignoring and avoiding to become emotionally abusive. I would not recommend this store. If a pharmacy is responsible for your medicine which one relies on for life then they have a responsibility to your life. And this one has basically expressed that they don’t care about their client’s well-being and have demonstrated directly a distinct lack of care and responsibility in favor of disregard for customers who rely on them for medicine required for life. Some of the staff from the old Walgreens store are kind, but my experience has been unfortunate with a member of their staff that I am forced to warn others…very unfortunate."
