"They used to me a lot better before the COVID out break. Now I go to pick up prescriptions for me and my family and I'll say family members name and they seam to always say they don't have a prescription go home look and they are texting saying they do go back and plays dumb like it just got ready or that it wasn't her that just waited on me it was someone else she never takes responsibility for her screw ups I think she might be the newest hire but she has worked there at least 3 years now and still messes up all the time and lies about it."

"The staff at Raley's Pharmacy are always friendly, helpful, professional, and competent. More than that they are always out-going and positively cheerful; it is hard to describe their attitude, and do them justice. Every time I visit the pharmacy I find them to be dynamic and zestful; they make you glad that you are there. They make my day every time I show up, as they seem to do for everyone. One small example: a while back I asked the pharmacist about a product I was looking for. He came from the back where he works and walked to the aisles and took the time to show and describe the different choices and suggest which he thought would work best for me. Clearly, they enjoy their work and appreciate others."
