"If you suspect that the product is not indicated, do not open the container. When I opened the container of Alipotec tecojote root I didn't think it was good and I returned to return it and they only refunded me a percentage. Apart from this experience, I find it to be a very varied store, very attentive and friendly. Bought some root of tecolote today, took it home but I was dissatisfied with the product and upon review the label looked a bit suspicious so I came back for a refund the same day but they only gave me a partial refund for opening it. Make sure not to open if you think you might return something. Otherwise friendly helpful staff and big variety. Asides from the Alipotec brand everything looks good."
