"I had a very poor experience using this business, I do not recommend it. I'd originally hired their team to remove some carpet+asbestos tile in my living room, and remove carpet and tile from one of my second floor bedrooms. I moved out for a week and a half to allow them to work. On day 1 they did complete some of the demo and carpet removal work, but they didn't start the asbestus tile removal until Friday of that week (the house sat empty for 4 days). When I returned after the agreed upon week and a half, I was VERY disappointed. The Elite Tile Tops and Flooring team did not complete half of the project, none of the work on the second floor had been completed or even started. It appears that the sub-contractor that they hired just forgot about the second floor. In addition to the lack of work on the second floor, their team had not even completed the one room that they had started working in. It would take them another 3 days before they were finally able to complete the shoe and trim. Once they completed the work, they didn't clean up either, leaving hazardous materials just laying around my house and property. If I could give a review of 0/5 stars I would."

"We had them install carpet that we had previously bought on an auction. Tim was helpful and friendly and they were willing to do that, which many of the Rochester stores wouldn't. Their bid was VERY reasonable and they were able to get us scheduled within a week. Jeremy, the installer, was very skilled, efficient and friendly. We love supporting local and would absolutely use them to install carpet again!"
