"My wife and I recently purchased carpet from Mike and Cheryl at Floors & More for three rooms in our home. The entire transaction went better than we could ever have expected. They both were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we received a high quality product at a price that was less than any where else we looked. The carpet was ordered, arrived and was installed when they said it would. The estimate, which included everything (carpet, pad, installation and even the tax) was exactly what we paid. The installation was expertly done and we are more than pleased with how great it looks and feels to walk on. We will surely contact them again sometime in the next year or two when we plan to replace our living room carpet. "I'm looking to have my home carpeted so naturally I looked locally to see what type of pricing I will be looking at as far as installation and potentially purchasing the product the store had to offer. I called this business to get a quote I told him I would need roughly 1500 to 1600 square feet carpeted he asked me what type of carpeting I was looking to install and I told him that I found a sale at Lowe's so I can get the carpet at a price of $0.69 per square foot I'm on a budget needless to say. When I told him that he said he wouldn't touch it and I asked him why he didn't respond and I told him I was just looking for his personal opinion I've NEVER purchase carpet before EVER. So I was legitimately looking for his personal opinion and he hung up on me I was not rude whatsoever and when I tried to call back to apologize for offending him because obviously there was a misunderstanding he picked up the phone and hung up again. Would not recommend this company they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered look elsewhere."
