Reviews
"Horrible staff, woman answered phone and kids screaming in background, they are clueless and rude. Well I guess trying to keep up with the San Francisco image."
"Exceptionally frustrating experience dealing with these folks. They never answer the phone, they never return calls. One wonders if this clinic actually exists. Even the single five-star review does not give any detail, and one wonders if it is real. If this were a successful program, one would have expected to see a bunch of reviews one way or another. There are people actually SUFFERING from complex neurological conditions who are looking for hope, looking for accurate diagnoses and treatment that other institutions have not been able to provide. Why provide false hope by advertising yourselves on the internet, and then fail to engage with patients who are desperately trying to reach you? Does this inspire any confidence that even if one were to be admitted into the program, the experience will be different from this? Awful! If this was not a reputable institution, one would think it was a scam. But it is a sham and a shame all the same! Not well articulated or executed at all! UCSF Neurology has a great reputation. Why do they sully it by doing something like this?"
