"Refused to fill prescription unless the prescription was rewritten to overdose instead of filling prescription with instructions to half pills before taking. Any other pharmacy will accept prescriptions as written for the patient, just skip this place."

"I was prescribed pain medication after a dental surgery to this pharmacy, was told to expect it an hour after surgery. This pharmacy never messaged me about delays, never informed me about anything. Kept me on hold on the phone for an hour then hung up on me. Had to drive down in pain 6 hours after my surgery to find out that they were days behind on their prescription fulfillments and that mine wouldn't be ready for several hours. Truly the worst possible experience with any pharmacy, immediately changing my default pharmacy. -5 stars."

"I would give zero stars if possible! My friend tried reaching them for HOURS for a very important prescription, since she didn't want to make the drive if it wasn't ready- not once did they pick up the phone. When she did drive down (after 4 hours of trying to reach them), they tell her it's going to be an hour or so until her prescription would be ready. This isn't the first time either that the refuse to pick up their phone. I understand being busy, but at least TRY. All of this could've been avoided if they had answered at 11a when she first started calling. It's truly a wonder there aren't worse complaints on here, because this is unacceptable."
