"The office billed me for a missed appointment fee when I didn't have an appointment. I have been calling their billing department for over a month leaving several voicemails and have received no call back or any form of communication. I then tried just speaking to the front desk and each time I did this they told me they would take down my name and number and have someone call me back. Again, I have received no calls or communication. I am incredibly frustrated and also don't want the unpaid bill to have negative consequences, as it is due soon. However, I also don't want to pay for something that was mistakenly/unfairly billed to me. It is seriously not worth all of this trouble and you are better off finding a different practice."

"Wouldn’t recommend. They charged my annual appointment wrong so it was not covered by my insurance. This created a major headache needing to call my insurance to have this sorted out. Staff, including doctors, are pretty rude and not sympathetic."

"I would be careful with this office. My insurance only allows an annual appointment, so I scheduled my annual exam, and told the office on my way in that I was here for my annual. Then, the doctor gave me an annual exam, and when I left I also told them to bill anything from my annual exam that was not covered by my insurance to my address. Then, I receive a bill in the mail for the full cost of the appointment because the office listed it as an extra visit, even though it was my annual exam and the first time I visited the office (so it couldn't have been an extra visit). My insurance called them to dispute it, but it just became a he-said-she-said. The care here was good, I was just really disappointed in how they deceived me here, and now if something happens to me and I really need care (an additional appointment later this year), I won't have any insurance coverage because my annual was charged as an additional appointment. So upsetting, just watch out for this if you are someone like me who only gets coverage for an annual."

"Doctors are amazing! However, the office is frustrating. Almost impossible to get someone on the phone. They no longer send appointment reminders or calendar invites. No availability for months, just to get birth control refilled. Office is hard to find. But don’t let this stop you. I learned today that once you’re a patient you can get set up through a different portal which makes communication easier. So, for me it’s worth it to have an exceptional doctor."

"Dr. Chan is phenomenal! The office staff were kind as well. They do have a lot of different softwares they use that becoming a new patient was a bit confusing because there was many different ways they were communicating with me and diff online spaces to sign up in. Otherwise, besides one reschedule which they called/emailed me about, the in office experience I had was very smooth."
