"Do not waste your time with this organization. I spent the better part of 3 weeks working on just getting an intake telemed appointment. Both times, no one showed up for my appointment. I sat in a virtual waiting room for 10-20 minutes before I had to call the office and get someone to join the call. And that's another thing - the people answering the phones are useless with a capital U. They provide no clear support and seem to have no concrete grasp of how to deal with patients or scheduling. Add this to their facocta web patient portal, and you have an exercise in futility. The ironic thing is - I reached out to them for help dealing with stress. And all they did was cause more of it. Avoid."

"I have seen Dr. Salmon and other Vital Total Health staff for both Achilles tendonitis and a rotator cuff tear from a fall. I was impressed with how up-to-date Dr. Salmon is on new research and approaches to care and her focus on getting to the root of the problem. She and the other staff have been friendly, efficient, and accommodating and have also explained the therapies and how they address the problem in easy-to-understand ways. I am definitely getting better and the work on my shoulder and neck is also helping with tension headaches!"

"I am and have been a pain patient for years. Correct use does not equal abuse unlike what Dr. Salmon does which is use and abuse medication not prescribed to her. google it. She is on probabation and tested positive for multiple things not prescribed to her. She stole xanax from a patient in the ED. Thankful for the nurse who reported her. She also thinks any use of medication makes you a.drug addict. I am not like you I have never abused, gotten high, nor tested positive for any illicit drug nor have I ever tested for anything not prescribed legally to I, and is FDA approved. She was over 30 minutes late to one of the worst pain management appointments I have ever been too."
