"I've been a customer with Health First for several years. I get a special compound for my Dog which is dying of cancer. The shelf life on the medicine is only two weeks so timing of the refill is very critical. Most of the time the prescription is filled on a timely manner but more times than I care to mention the refill falls through the crack. When I call to get status on the refill I get "will get right on it". Days go by and another phone call. This time they have no record of my request. I then get to talk to Mark the pharmacist which has the bed side manner of a rock. He tells me I should take my business elsewhere. WOW! how considerate is this business considering my dog is dying and needs this medicine. I will take my business elsewhere and make sure others don't shop at this business. I'm not an isolated case here just read the reviews. Mark should not be allowed to talk to customers. The staff is very friendly though."

"I understand why people would like this pharmacy as well. My doctor recommended this pharmacy. I tried Health First and was very happy with the quality of the product. However, as a customer they could care less. The pharmacist, Mark is so condescending and rude. It's unbelievable that he treats paying customers so badly. Word of mouth is the best local marketing and its unfortunate that some customers are treated so unprofessionally. I have a wonderful doctor that specializes in prescribing compounds and she was shocked with the terrible customer service Health First gives. Save yourself the time and go to Pharmaca. They care."
