"I can’t say enough positive things about this One Medical location, particularly for blood draws. They are so fast and efficient and the staff is extremely friendly. I’ve done multiple fasting blood draws and arrived when they open at 8 am and they’ve seen me very promptly (which if you’ve been fasting is important!)"
"One Medical used to be amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. I love my doctor there and they have a ton of great features (Rx renewal over email, blood draws on site, a decent website, etc). Having said that, the service has gone down hill in the past year. The wait to see my doctor is now ten days. The earliest I can get in to see any doctor is in three days and it is 45 minutes away in San Ramon. The whole reason I pay for the service is the convenience and it is no longer convenient. Amazon has ruined a once great company."
"A woman who appeared to work at this location came out of the business and harassed my friend for trying to park in a diagonal parking spot. She had parked over the line of her own spot and was hysterically yelling about people messing with her car when she clearly was the one parked incorrectly and it seemed that she intended to occupy two spots with her one vehicle. My friend’s car is small so there was still a foot of space between their car and hers, but she was yelling at us not to park there and that someone had already messed up her car. She kept saying she’s not moving and doesn’t care that she’s parked incorrectly and stood there until we drove away. She had an employee badge of some sort on and went back in the building after we drove away, so I’m assuming she works here. I’m sorry if this isn’t her employer but I found it extremely strange for her to exit this business and go back inside after harassing people on the street and acting like she owns the sidewalk and parking spots."
"I am sick and here to seek help and they asked me to step outside in the rain and cold!! What the heck, I’m not at a restaurant, typically sick people see doctors then deal with it. The reception was not even wearing mask properly . if you’re so worried wear your mask to begin with. I even had a negative Covid test with me. What a hero! Our doctors dealt with Covid cases everyday and this is how one medical is treating their patients."
"One Medical has clearly oversold their subscriptions. I’ve been a patient for 2+ years but in the past few months the appointment availability is abysmal. I was told by my One Medical physician that I could “drop into any location” in the morning for labs. Well, I just tried to stop by this location before 9am on a Tuesday and was told that it was a 40-minute wait for a blood draw. In my opinion, this is unacceptable for a service that charges a premium for their convenience. There’s no convenience anymore. They’re not offering anything premium. My health insurance (Blue Shield CA) automatically assigned me a PCP at UCSF. I think it’s time to start building that relationship, and to drop my One Medical subscription."
