"Salesman was good, and has been over the past few years. However, do not expect this company to go out of their way to help. 17 thousand spent in windows, a few thousand here and there with other jobs all in the last 60 days. Reached out regarding a warranty issue and they won't even demand that the window manufacturer give me a new window that is in need of repair fresh out of the box. But assured me, repair parts are on the way. When I asked about who would be paying me for the time wasted and spent repairing the brand new window, I was told I am welcome to call the window manufacturer. Now I am out the money of paying guys to install a window that had to be removed due to manufacturer error, only to be told that the repair parts are on the way and I can fix the window myself. Then evidently pay my guys to install it again. Bad business ethics and will not return for future business on that alone. I really would have expected them to stand up for thier customers more."
