"When I call for a prescription to find out when I can pick it up they always say after 11am. I get there at 2pm and it's still not ready. Why on earth do they say after 11am? Last time I picked up my pills I was short 9 pills but didnt realize until I got home to take one. Count your meds when you are still at pharmacy"
"Every time I go in I'm told 15- 20 minutes and I wait for at least 45 minutes. Mind you people come after me and are told 15-20 minutes but recurrence their meds within 5 minutes. I call to check on my meds I get put on hold for 20 minutes. At this point in ready to switch back to Rite-Aid and drive the 40 miles to get my meds."
