"Hunter Moegenburg with Lindus Construction took off the Leaf Guard gutters and repaired the rotted fascia and replaced the gutters. I paid for an upgrade to PVC for the fascia, but all the other work was covered under warranty and Hunter did a great job of explaining the work, making sure there was a gutter apron or sheet metal installed, and so far it looks like he did good job."

"Hello, I'd like to share my experience with Lindus Construction on a full roof replacement that they did for me. To start, my insurance adjuster came out and randomly picked small areas that needed replacement after a storm in the area. They sent me a small amount of money that would barely cover the cost of the random spots. Brandon Larson from Lindus came out and inspected my roof only to find it was covered in hail damage and needed to be replaced. He worked directly with my insurance to get it covered 100%. Of course, like any project, there were misses and exceptions along the way, Brandon or the lead foreman on the job always made sure I was aware, and the issues were fixed with no additional cost to me. When these things were discovered, proper change orders were issued and taken care of promptly. From a quality perspective, they did a really nice job and did the work quickly to avoid too much disruption to me and my family. When the project was done, I received a nice color print out of photos along the way for warranty purposes. I am pleased with Lindus and would highly recommend them for future projects."
