"I had an I-9 appointment more than a month back. The person certifying it (a young man) was rude and irritable, for God only knows what reason. He kept muttering "I don't know" in a purported sense of indignation (again for what I have no idea), and in the end it turned out he didn't know how to process my I-9. He insisted I take a print of my expired I-94 and saying it was required. I tried to question his logic in vain. Later, the system itself put put a message saying this I-94 is a previous one. Anyways, it turned out to be a bad experience, I kept my calm and paid the service fee of 2$ (sorry the printout fee for a totally unnecessary print, I can see a lot of people have mentioned this in their reviews) and walked out. Try out other places for I-9 verification please."
