"Be warned! Their late policy is extremely strict. I have had an appointment scheduled for a year, left work to drive across town for the appointment and hit what felt like every red light on the way. When I walked in the door 6 min late I was told their policy is to reschedule if you are more than 5 min late to an appointment, so now I had to reschedule for several weeks in the future. In the past, exams have been as expected - privacy is considered, courteous, and thorough, but I was very disappointed today."
