"Never picks up the phone, no matter what time of day"
"I tried maybe twenty times to call them to confirm that the prescription was ready before I went to pick it up my prescription, but the phone was never answered. The prescription was called in six days before I went to pick it up. Without knowing for sure if it was ready I waited in line for half an hour, hoping for the best. Rite aid gets a lower rating for not answering their phone. The rating goes down again for the half hour wait. I was spoiled by Bi-Mart that always answered the phone, never had a long line, and the pharmacists always had the time to answer questions. This is DEFINITELY not Bi-Mart."
"Every time I show up I get to the counter and have to wait more than 10 minutes for my medication"
"They have a sign to shop quickly but then they make you wait in a line for 15 minutes. I am not comfortable with it, giving up and switching to mail order for my meds."
