"Every single time I go there to pick up a prescription. They say they don’t have my prescription. Then I call my doctor and the doctor assured me that she called it in then I go back and they say they still don’t have it in the system. Keep in mind these are not like pain killers or anything. I have this seen happen with almost every person that goes there. Also I have seen them say they don’t have my prescription when I have literally seen it sitting there. I would like to think that this is just lack of organization or a flaw in the system and not some bizarre game. Maybe it is because they are so busy they can’t handle the business and the tactic buys them more time. To that I would say instead of running people around in circles and talking to the same person multiple times is a very inefficient way of operating and getting things done"

I’ve been going there for two years and not once has he treated me decent. Other than him though, the rest of the staff/environment is friendly and enjoyable"
