Reviews of Walgreens Pharmacy
"Disappointed every other month or so. We have been waiting on my son's meds for 2 weeks. They only got it in today. I rush to get there before closing and they haven't prepared it blaming insurance etc. I said I would pay for it we just need it. Nope, they don't have it ready. They had all day to prepare it and know we have waited two weeks. So, since my son suffers from mental illness, currently has an entity in his head taunted him, belittling him 24 hours a day I wish that upon these people. They don't have time to care. I just hope they are on the other end of this at some point. It is terrible. No I don't actually wish this on anyone. Oh! I give shots. I know how it is done. This pharmacist does it the worst possible way to make it as painful as possible. I am sure he hates his job and causing pain may be the only joy he gets in a day. Yikes."
"I went to pickup my medication and the person that attended me was very rude and said that they weren't working today. He was avoiding me, didn't even look at me. He made me feel uncomfortable and I felt discriminated. Don't remember his name but he was a fat guy and had glasses."
"Genuinely the worst service I have ever received. No one wants to help you and everyone is extremely rude. I would recommend using any pharmacy but this one. The other reviews are not lying when they say this place is the WORST!"
"Wish I could give less than 1 star. While on what was supposed to a vacation and visit with family back to Southern Oregon my wife fell ill and unfortunately had to have gallbladder surgery at Providence. So very much local and reputable health care facility and doctor/surgeon prescribe Oxycodone for pain relief...literally just 10 pills. Now I'm well aware of the opioid epidemic in this country and So Oregon having been from there originally. Be it doctors over prescribing and/or pharmacists all too willing to make money...it is a giant problem. However, the drug is still a very legitimate way of treating severe pain after such an ordeal. Now the pharmacist at this location suddenly has some conscious and decides that since my wife is from out of state that he just can't in "good conscious" fill this prescription because it's hard to track the drug use and possible abuse of people from out of state. Are you kidding me....3,000 miles from home to have unexpected surgery and this self righteous, save the world from opioids, a$$-hat won't fill it and tells me to go back to the doctor and have him prescribe a non-narcotic. Like this fool knows better than the doctor at Providence what is the best prescription for the circumstance. I don't normally write public reviews, I just take my business elsewhere but since I/we do not even live there to withdraw our patronage I feel like this is my only recourse. We do use Walgreens at home but they may change now also. FYI....CVS was very understanding of the situation and realizes an out of state person sometimes as legitimate drug needs that still need to be filled."
"One star is because they have a drive thru (and because I can’t give less). They mess up my insurance at least a couple times a year, and over charge me, forgetting about secondary insurance. Constantly have new staff that don’t know anything. Got a supervisor today who was incredibly rude. I talked to her earlier in the day because they still hadn’t filled a medication I dropped off the script for 4-5 days prior. She told me she’d take care of it right away and I would get a text when it was ready. I got a text a few hours later. This evening I went to pick it up and they just said it wasn’t ready. When this supervisor came to talk to me, in a very disrespectful tone told me they were too busy today for her to call me and tell me insurance wasn’t paying for it. That was it. I will no longer use Walgreens for ANYTHING! Don’t put your medication in their incompetent hands."
