"I use to like to come here before but a lot of things changed since they have the new people working at the front desk. My appointment was at 9 am just when they open. I was there at 8:55 am checked in before some people they had a 9 clock appointment but they went in before even when I asked the front desk about it they where rude and they told me just to wait for my appointment what was at 9 am . They called me at 9:15 am after 15 min late without any apologie or explanation. They should get more treatment with people coming in with their kids it’s a pediatrician place."

"We have been coming here since we've moved here in 2019. And I love Dr. Avala and her team. They have great professionalism and she really knows the kids that she takes care of and makes it a great personal experience."

"Not very baby/ toddler friendly for a pediatrician I gave this pediatrician a very fair chance and went to her for 6 months with my baby and toddler. The dr seemed pretty antibreastfeeding. She pushed formula on us very quickly when I spoke to her about a tongue tie concern instead of looking into the issue. Then 6 months later she suggested that my baby needed rice cereal on a bottle instead of the breast, which I felt like was very far from current research. This office is also not really set up for children in mind. There are no toys or books in the waiting room. No murals or color on the walls. I didn’t experience any stickers or treats or colorful Bandaids, for my kids. The staff really only spoke to me instead of my kids. I tried to give them a chance, but I just feel like this office doesn’t function for children or breastfed babies."

"My daughter was a patient here in 2021. A doctor who worked here at that time wrote incorrect information on my daughter's visit notes. This negatively affected my daughter's car insurance claim. I spoke to Dr. Avala and she said she couldn't help me. She told me the doctor was gone and the records couldn't be corrected. She advised me to send an email to the administration, but they never contacted me or corrected the problem. Be careful taking your child here. You never know how important their records might be. The doctor didn't listen to my daughter and wrote something completely made up. My daughter did not receive good care here. (I have an ER report that contradicts what the doctor wrote. I have proof to back up my claim.)"
