"Dr Risley has the best understanding of mental illness and addiction of any Dr. I've ever worked with or been a patient of. He's extremely compassionate and non-judgemental. He really listens and actually cares about his patients. The office is comfortable and serene. Most importantly, it’s never packed with loud, obnoxious, sick people who are impatiently waiting to be seen like most other medical offices. He doesn’t work with health insurance companies which helps keep his fees (and stress levels) low. That doesn’t mean your insurance company won’t reimburse you! Just ask his receptionist, Amy (who is also extremely kind and caring) to give you an itemized bill to submit to your insurance. She can also help direct you with any questions you may have about this process. I am very thankful to have them as part of my medical team."
