"Please update hours on your website and this page. Arrived there today to find out business was closed on Wednesdays."
"Kelly was so helpful and kind!! The installer was VERY respectful and sweet. They have so many options and the prices are fantastic. This is the most pleasant experience we have had during the remodeling process. We will be back for the next project."
"We had Northwest Interiors lay all of our flooring in our new home; vinyl plank and carpet throughout. Bob and Kelly were great to work with, they had a large variety of options and the installation was on time and with high quality. We absolutely love it all!"
"WARNING TO POTENTIAL LOCAL CUSTOMERS AND CABIN OWNERS. One thing I think I noticed is that that cash flow problems seem to be an issue with this company. Something to be concerned about when you put down the requisite 65% deposit (or 65% of $4167 in my case) . The quality of my install was subpar. If you have a perfectly rectangular room, with no doorways or expansion into other areas, no support posts, nor anything unusual structurally, you might find this company adequate. They do a good job at installing rectangular slabs of flooring. I thought I had communicated my installation requirements thoroughly during the initial walkthrough for the bid. Some of the finishing details of the completed job were NOT what I expected. I encourage readers of this review to view the pictures which I have posted. They explain a lot. Problem one was that we had discussed a brand new wood threshold which would be routed appropriately for the flooring to match up to. Instead of what was discussed, they left the old threshold in place and used a mismatched color of molding on an attempt to make it look as if it matches. I'm extremely disappointed. Problem two. During the discussions it was my understanding that the vinyl planking which was installed was going to be done in a seamless installation. Instead I ended up with a door transition I didn't expect. In researching the particular product I had installed, I did find that it is possible to do the seamless install which I expected. Additional additional tools and labor are required. I did not get what I wanted. Third problem. In my kitchen there is an island which is supported by a wooden post. Instead of using their specialized tool to make the flooring go underneath a carved-out niche, they stopped the flooring roughly 1" from the post. They then used a much darker mismatched molding to "finish" the job. To say it looked crappy is an understatement. Needless to say this combination of issues did not make me a happy camper. When it came time to pay the final 35% of the bill, I, like any other, brought up the issues I had. We agreed to meet, I believe, on a Saturday morning. I thought it was only going to be the installer coming over, but instead the male owner showed up with the installer. As I began to bring up the installation problems I experienced, it became apparent that it was the owner had no intention of fixing any of the installation issues. He was extremely rude, demanded his money, and also deliberately called me by my wrong name on several occasions. Actually there was one thing they agreed to do: To create a matching molding for the post in the kitchen. To be sure it "matched" the installer said he needed a "sample". At this point the installer removed one of the matching kitchen cabinet doors. In retrospect I realize he was doing this for "collateral." Of course it didn't matter in the end since I had paid the bill by the time they had walked out the door. It's been approximately 2 months and the problem they promised to fix is not fixed. I'm also missing a kitchen cabinet door! I quite honestly don't want to deal with or have the owner over to my house again. He is very belligerent, rude, and demands money for unfinished jobs. I understand now I'll have to get these problems fixed on my own to the cost of $200- $300.... the minimal cost for materials not including my time. My recommendation would be to avoid this company at all costs. Again.... look at the pictures associated with my account. Take particular note of my main account picture. This is where they tried to save money by not installing the threshold which they had promised."
"I had them install new carpet in 2 rooms about 6 years ago. I am going back to have them do other rooms. They were so helpful in helping me choose what I wanted. The work they did was excellent!"
