"We have had several dealings with Sue. One worked, but the last one was a nightmare and showed the true colors of this place. She has a large product line, and had provided the original flooring which was uv faded when we bought the house in 2012. That should have tipped me off. We spent over $4000+ on installed flooring in two rooms with a finish so soft, a piece of cardboard will scuff/scratch it. Even the installers commented on how fragile the finish was. We have had a warranty claim since day one, sent in samples, no response for months, then she wants us to repeat the process. The installation was ok, except for the transition trim, where they used a silicone bead to make the gap to the adjoining tile floor fit. She touts her 35 years of experience, but apparently that's not enough when it comes to getting a warranty honored. She has never offered any type of compromise or even acknowledged this is a problem. I will have to replace this floor, and next time I will go to Home Depot or Menards where they have the clout to stand up to manufacturers."
