About Us
Food Farm is a certified organic farm located at 2612 County Road 1 in Wrenshall, Minnesota, just 30 minutes south of Duluth. We offer summer, winter, preserving, and egg shares to provide our members with fresh local food throughout the year. Our weekly summer shares are delivered to various locations in the surrounding area.
Owned by Janaki Fisher-Merritt and Annie Dugan, Food Farm is operated by a dedicated team of farmers and volunteers who are passionate about providing high-quality, sustainable food to our community. We believe in cooperating with the natural and human communities around us to unleash the creative power of human imagination.
In addition to our CSA program, some of our produce is also available at local outlets such as Whole Foods Co-op, Duluth Grill, and OMC Smokehouse. We are committed to strengthening our community through mentorships, workshops, and events like the annual Food Farm in the City/Rutabaga giveaway.
All of our vegetables are certified organic by MOSA and grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. While our laying hens are not certified organic, we do use organic feed and refrain from using GMOs, hormones, or antibiotics.
