"Previous owner said he used same color throughout. He did not and I had purchased 3 quarts different shades of a similar color Andren's color matched all 3. 2 of the quarts matched 1 was not a match, brought in a picture of the wall, the quart of paint that did not match, it was too light. Since the paint was too light, I was hoping they could try and get a better match, other Benjamin Moore stores I have used had. I went in hoping they could try for a better match on the quart I brought in, if not I was ready to buy another quart. In less then 2 minutes I knew I would never buy anything from Andren;s again. The person at the counter told me he knew I brought multiple samples to match and they do not guarantee or re-tint. I told him to give me the quart and I would go somewhere else. He did tint it, but complained about customers coming in to constantly get their paint re-tinted."

"I was extremely pleased with the customer service here when I dropped by to price some paint! (and their prices are fair!) The guy at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable - and not just about paint either, I heard him discussing some other home improvement elements to another customer and he was incredibly helpful. This is the place you go when you want top tier service - it's truly excellent!"

"They have a great selection of Benjamin Moore paints and also a large selection of stains. However, the fun stops there. We were recommended BM Advance line of paint for our cabinets in a high gloss finish and of course bought a gallon. We did a sample in the house and absolutely hate it. I called them to discuss it and ask about return or exchange and the guy tells me “that’s your prerogative and your problem” horrible customer service. A yes or no answer would have sufficed. He also preceded to tell me they could have shown me a sample in store etc etc... if they COULD then why did the sales person not do this? I should have been more cautious and bought a smaller sample, sure. Customer service could have also been much better! Spent $180 in paint so it can sit in my garage for a rainy day. I recommend finding another store."
