St. Paul's PACE El Cajon

"My grandfather has been going here for quite sometime. I want to first start by thanking those at Pace who have gone over and beyond week after week, month after month to help my grandfather. To name a few wonderful people at Pace, including the drivers, I would like to mention both Reggie & James, both who do a amazing job with my grandfather and are always bringing amazing care which I can truly appreciate. Also to mention more wonderful drivers, John, Jeff & Patty. I am happy Pace has really got a great team of drivers -- for the most part.. The woman & men who take care of my grandfather deserve high praise also. Excuse me if I mistake the names. Miiia, Alexandro, Bryan, Cory, ALL WONDERFUL! My grandfather has been able to get dentures, and medical transportation, which has been a great blessing to our family. If it be for them, I would have rated this review 5/5. Unfortunately, I must now express my frustration with the company. My main issue is with the calling system. Sometimes you get a call, others you don't. It seems like something changed recently with the scheduling, for the worse. They use an automated machine that never works properly. Sometimes we get many messages and calls about future appointments, others my grandfather will get a knock on the door and have no clue in the slightest he had a appointment that day. Also, their is a few drivers that my grandfather has mentioned that are constantly negative and he has had a real negative experience with. The name that he consistently mentions, I believe is Raul Jr. My grandfather says that Raul Jr will slander and gossip about all the drivers and CNA at works during the entire van ride. My grandfather is a hard man to set off ease, but has personally went out of his way to mention that this driver in particular makes him extremely uncomfortable with the constant complaining & negativity. I would like to see these issues fixed, or I will be transferring my grandfather to a different facility. This company is suppose to represent Christ. I pray it continue to do so."
