"Best care hands down!!!! The staff is professional and attentive and the doctors are so knowledgeable and helpful. They truly care!"
"I went to Alpine Urgent Care on Friday October 27th after I had fallen over on my bicycle and landed hard on my left hand. They took X-Ray's of my wrist and hand and gave me a cortisone shot. I was told I would I would receive a call with the results on Saturday. If my wrist was broken I would be referred to an orthopedic Doctor. They gave me a wrist brace and sent me on my way. Everyone was nice and I was seen in a fairly timely manner since I think I was the only patient there at the time. The problem is I did not get a call with the results in a timely manner. By the end of Saturday with no call I decided to call them just to find out that even though they are supposed to be open on Saturdays they were not. I called them on Monday morning and again Monday afternoon and asked for someone to call me with my results, the person I spoke to apologized both times and said they had been very busy. At this point my wrist was black and blue and I'm in a lot of pain and I have no clue to the seriousness of the injury. After I waited through Saturday then all day Monday and Tuesday with still no call I went into the office at 4:45 on Tuesday to ask for my results. Guess what? They had them! Another apology, they have been very busy! Fortunately no breaks or fractures! The biggest surprise, on November 14 I received a voicemail from Carly to call her back for my radiology report, huh?. I decided to call her back because calling someone with the results of X-Rays of their wrist 2 and 1/2 weeks after the fact is just unacceptable. This time I got the excuse "I just got the results" When I told her I don't see how she only just got the results when they were in the front office two weeks ago when I came in to get them. She said have a nice day and slammed the phone down very loudly. I always thought healthcare was supposed to be patient oriented. I went there to find out if my wrist was broken or sprained. They did the necessary tests. Now I am sure they had the time to bill my insurance probably the first day. I think that getting the results to the patient are just not high in the equation at Alpine Urgent Care. They need to think if this patient were their mother, sister, daughter, etc. would they want the treatment to go like this???"
"I had an exceptional experience at my local urgent care clinic. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and professional staff. What truly impressed me was the speed at which they attended to my needs. I didn't have to wait long at all, and the medical attention I received was thorough and efficient. This clinic has definitely set the standard for quality urgent care in our community, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of prompt, expert medical care."
"There is nothing urgent about this urgent care. I call in the morning asking about a lab and if I need an appointment. "Walk ins only. The lab will take 5 minutes" I'm told. Get there, place is EMPTY, fillout paperwork, and get a room immediately. I wait 15 minutes with no activity before I step back to the secretary and ask if I've been forgotten. She says she'll check. I hear, through the walls, a dr walk into a different room and ask for me by name. "No, I'm a woman and I've been waiting very long" is what I hear before it goes to murmurs. Then a few minutes later a PA walks in and says she wants to run additional tests and I tell her I don't have time. I wait another 10 minutes before I have to leave to get back to work. 30 minutes in an empty room with zero communication, for a "5 minute procedure" that didn't even happen. If these people were on their lunch break, I should have been told. Thank God I wasn't bleeding out. No excuses."
"We go here all the time as its the closest place our insurance accepts. The past 4 times the service has been horrible. Waiting forever without being helped. Doctors not in the office during open hours. Xray tech not present. Wait times have been extreme when there is literally no one there. Either edit your services and hours available or do better."
