"PA Hudson was quick to answer at 4am when I was concerned for my daughter . We got there and quickly led to a room where she diagnosed her and sent us on our way to grab her meds. She was great with my daughter and answered all my questions. No nonsense, nothing extra - Kind , quick, and effective experience. Took my son in the next week when he was howling same symptoms and same experience. I Highly recommend this place."

"I accidentally hurt my cornea while I was showering around 12am midnight. I couldn’t even open my right eye nor close it. I then headed to Cosmed and was seen and checked in right away. The visit was super quick and the price was very reasonable. It really did saved me so much time. I were be going to the ER, it would probably took me at least 5 hrs if not more.I was treated my PA Hudson and she is born to do this! She had such a calming voice and beyond professional! My eye healed within 3 days and it would be such a nightmare if I didn’t come in. She also checked on me the next day, and offer me for a recheck. If you wanna visit any practice that cares, this is the place!"

"I found this 24 hour Urgent Care Facility online after being severely attacked in the face and head area by our cat. I was incredibly surprised there weren’t any other Urgent Care Facilities open between Oceanside and Escondido at that time of night, but it worked out for the better after finding Cosmed MD and being treated by PA Hudson. After the sudden attack my girlfriend and I were torn between going to the ER, treating the wounds our selves, or going to an Urgent Care Facility. As someone with employer provided health insurance, I knew the ER would be incredibly expensive even with my benefits. It took me a few tries to get in touch with the staff, but once I did I was treated with very thorough and professional care. Any questions or concerns I had were answered. I was informed about what was going on through out the entire process and had a clear idea of what to follow up was necessary to take care of my wounds in the following days. This is a great alternative to spending boat loads of money at the hospital, but still receiving professional care for moderately severe injuries or illnesses."

"I first want to say this place is amazing! I have insurance for my daughter. However her assigned healthcare provider couldn’t get her in today unless we were a walk in and i was told they are really busy so could be hours. So called here and Hudson got me in right away showed me everything going on with my daughter. She was so sweet so caring so amazing I rather skip insurance and know my daughters in good hands any day!!! Also so reasonable in pricing!"

"I would give this urgent care 10 stars if I could based on the level of care my son received while sick. This is truly the best of the best when it comes to caring professionals who are highly skilled. They go above and beyond to help you! My son was actually misdiagnosed and PA Hudson figured out what he had and treated him right away for it. She even looked up research articles for me to help me understand what was going on. If you are looking for an urgent care that actually takes the time to help, and really cares for you as a patient, then this is the place for you. This is medicine at its finest."
