"I went there today to see Dr. Nakamura on floor 4 In suite 411 and my issue was that I went to go eat at a restaurant with my boyfriend and we both got really sick on (8/15) and turned out it was a bacterial infection. I tried to make an appointment to be seen and they didn’t have anything until today (8/31) and I feel better but I wanted to make sure that I was okay. (There’s nothing wrong with that) and Dr Nakamura came in and said “so you were sick and now better.” Proceeds to laugh at me then say “ummm Okayy” in a rude manner. Then she said we can do a “cup and you bring it back when you’re done” doesn’t explain what it is then she laughs again and tells me “uhhh do you want to do that” in a rude and annoyed tone. Then I told her “sure let’s do that.” As soon as I said that she laughed again the walks out. The nurse had came in and took me to explain what it was and explained how to use it she was super sweet and understanding. But I can’t say the same about Dr. Nakamura. I was to say I’ve seen her an few other time when I was a pre teen and she was extremely rude and sounded annoyed. It already takes a lot in me to go see a doctor because each time I go see her she’s always been rude to me. I’ve never been laughed at by a doctor who’s supposed to be professional and help their patients. Instead I feel ashamed and less than because I felt the need to go to the doctor to make sure I was okay."
